& GOLF ETIQUETTE

Great golf starts with respect. Whether you're chasing a personal best or enjoying a casual round with friends, these guidelines help keep The Mulligan Room safe, welcoming, and in top condition for everyone.

RULE 01

Respect the Game & Each Other

  • Be courteous to other golfers and guests. Everyone deserves a relaxed, enjoyable experience.
  • Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially when another player is preparing to swing.
  • Only one golfer should be in the hitting area at a time. Never walk in front of someone preparing to hit.
  • Treat the facility, furniture, and equipment with care.
RULE 02

Bring Your Own Clubs

  • Golf clubs are not provided. Please bring your own set.
  • Club rentals are not available at The Mulligan Room.
  • Use clean clubs to help protect the hitting mats, screens, and simulator equipment.
  • Inspect your clubs before playing. Damaged equipment should not be used.
RULE 03

Footwear & Golf Balls

  • Golf spikes, metal cleats, and spiked golf shoes are not permitted.
  • Wear clean, dry, non-marking footwear.
  • Please ensure your golf balls are clean and free of dirt, sand, or markings that could damage the impact screen.
  • Do not use cracked, damaged, or excessively worn golf balls.
RULE 04

Bring Your Own Beverages

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages.
  • Please keep all drinks away from computers, launch monitors, screens, and electrical equipment.
  • Use appropriate containers and clean up any spills immediately.
  • Dispose of bottles, cans, and other garbage before leaving.
  • Please drink responsibly and follow all applicable laws and facility policies.
RULE 05

Simulator Safety

  • Always check that the hitting area is clear before swinging.
  • Stand a safe distance behind the golfer taking a shot.
  • Never intentionally hit balls toward walls, ceilings, cameras, or other equipment.
  • Use the simulator only as intended. Do not move, unplug, or adjust TrackMan equipment.
  • Report damaged equipment or safety concerns to management promptly.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
RULE 06

Bookings & Time Management

  • Please arrive ready to play at your scheduled booking time.
  • Your reserved time includes setup, play, and cleanup.
  • Finish your session on time so the next group can begin promptly.
  • Leave your bay clean, organized, and ready for the next guests.
  • Booking changes and cancellations are subject to the applicable booking terms.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Security Camera Notice

For the safety and security of our guests, staff, property, and equipment, The Mulligan Room uses video surveillance in both simulator bays (Bunker and Bogey) and designated common areas. Security cameras record and save video footage. Audio is not recorded. Recorded footage may be reviewed when necessary for safety, security, or incident investigation purposes. Access to recordings is restricted to authorized personnel.

Cameras are not intended for use in private areas such as washrooms. Please contact management if you have questions about security monitoring.
